Wilton Community Carnival has set its date for 2012 as Saturday 7th July.
It will follow the successful formula of previous years by starting with a procession through the town at 12.30pm which will lead everyone to Castle Meadow for an afternoon of fun attractions between 1.00pm – 5.00pm. There will be all the usual delights on the field of this popular free fun afternoon including children’s rides and shows, clowns, face painting, classic cars and bikes, dog show, dancers, bar, BBQ and live bands. New this year will be pony rides and Quad bikes and the committee are planning some more surprises.
As part of the big Wilton Jubilee Celebrations in June this year, The Carnival will be hosting a Garden Party in the Bear Pub at Wilton on Bank Holiday Monday 4thJune. Another free family day of fun and games, quizzes, music, BBQ and beer!
Put these dates in your diary now and keep coming back for further details.
